Terms of Service
Effective 9 September 2026
By creating an account or using Monique's Pantry (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
What the Service is
A kitchen and pantry inventory tool, offered free of charge, that syncs your lists between your devices and the people you invite to your household. It is a small, personal project shared with family and friends, not a commercial product, and it may change or stop at any time.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Keep your password and devices secure. Anything done from your signed-in account is your responsibility.
- One person per account. Do not impersonate others or use another person's Google account.
Households and sharing
When you join a household, every member can see and edit everything in it, including things you added. Only share invite codes with people you want to have that access. Household owners can remove members. If you leave, the data you added stays with the household.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to store unlawful content, to harass anyone, to attempt to access other people's data, to overload or attack the servers, or to reverse-engineer other users' information. We may suspend or delete accounts that do so.
Your data
You own what you enter. You give us permission to store it and show it to your household members so the Service can work. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and backed up, but we do not promise it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own records of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the people operating the Service are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which is nothing.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from the Me page. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
